The Magical ABC
Eating raw foods is an essential part of a healthy lifestyle. Raw foods contain high prana,
which is the life force energy that helps to nourish and revitalize the body. This makes it an
ideal choice for those looking to improve their overall health and wellbeing. Prana is believed

mental health, improve your mood, and make you feel more alive.

in the body, improve skin health and provide essential vitamins and minerals that can help

are getting all the nutrition that you need in order to stay healthy and energized.
Today I shall share with you a drink that I have used myself and have been benefitted. Here’s
what I made at home – ABC juice. Well… there are some other alphabets too – G, T and
some more G. Apple, Beet and Carrot is a powerful detox combination, to which I also added
Turmeric (fresh raw), Ginger and Gooseberry or amla. The juice has the pulp too. You may
add a pinch of Himalayan salt, squeeze a quarter lemon too. However, I didn’t add anything
except half cup of water.
This magic drink is packed with essential nutrients like Zinc, Potassium, Manganese, and
many Vitamins like Vitamin A, B6, C, Calcium, Copper, Iron and Magnesium, and can help
in detoxification and blood purification. The anti-oxidants in this drink helps to sift the free
radicals generated by the oxidation of the body cells and helps in body rejuvenation. This also
helps in increasing the production of WBC to boost the body’s immunity. Like all prana rich
food, this juice cleanses the body from within, removing all the toxins. This acts as a great
agent to provide a natural glow to the skin. Keeping the pulp intact, helps in loading up the
body with fibre and lends satiety post consumption.
The best time to have this drink is early morning, preferably on an empty stomach.
A word of caution – moderation is the key to good health. Before you start any new diet, it is
best to consult your nutritionist/ doctor. Please consult a doctor if you have any health issues
before starting consumption of ABC. Start in small amounts once or twice a week and when
your body adjusts to a new diet, slowly increase consumption.
Tip: You may infuse your positive intention into the juice. Hold the glass of juice between
your hands. With pure energy, channel the intention of a healthy body and mind, imagine that
your intention is being transferred into each particle of this high prana juice. After 2-5
minutes, take a deep breath in and take your first sip. Swallow, and allow yourself to feel the
message of your intention being carried into every cell in your body. Then pause, and take
your second sip and repeat the process until you feel finished.
