What to Expect in Class:

Our Reiki workshops are designed to be informative, supportive, and transformative. Online classes from the comfort of your home at mutually convenient time.

Level 1: Focuses on the basics of Reiki, including its history, principles, and hand positions for self-healing. You will receive your first attunement and learn to channel Reiki for yourself. Expect a blend of theory, guided meditation, and hands-on practice. No prior experience required. An open mind and willingness to learn are all you need.
Level 2: Introduces the Reiki symbols, which amplify the energy and allow for distant healing. You will receive further attunements and learn techniques for sending Reiki to others, situations, and even the past or future. Expect to deepen your connection to the Reiki energy and expand your healing abilities. Completion of Reiki Level 1 and practice of self-healing for at least 21 days.
Level 3A. (Advanced Practitioner): This level focuses on advanced Reiki techniques and prepares you for the Master level. You will learn more about the master symbol and refine your understanding of energy healing. Expect a more intensive exploration of Reiki principles and practices. Completion of Reiki Level 2 with regular practice.
Level 3B (Master Level): This level empowers you to become a Reiki Master. It focuses on deepening your spiritual connection and empowering you to teach Reiki to others. Expect a profound and transformative experience. Completion of Reiki Level 3A and a deep commitment to teaching and sharing Reiki with others.
